  1. This blend is amazing! I have been using some that I ordered from Camp Wander a few months ago. I recently became an affiliate for Spark Naturals and decided I needed to make this blend up for friends and family. It brings a sense of calm before you even realize it! Simply amazing!

    1. Thank you so much Rachel! It makes me so happy to hear the success people have with it! It was made in a moment of absolute breakdown for me. The best stuff comes to us at the time of need. Thank you for visiting my blog!

  2. Urghhh I just ordered Zen. I did not find your blog till after. Everywhere I looked was very gushy hush in what this blend was. I finally saw camp wander saying how you came up with the lxr so here I am. I have also been suffering with anxiety and on and off depression since 1996. Almost starting to believe it has something to do with GMO lol in our foods and other crappy stuff. I am very much wanting to not have to take Xanax anymore I am thankfully not addicted I take it very rarely only when I am at a point I know I can't come out of my freak out as my daughter says. I have used the jeddys blend it also helps but still anxious to try this blend. Have a merry Christmas

  3. Hi Maggie,

Can you tell me how many drops of each oil you would use for the Liquid Ambien blend in a 8 hour diffuser? I am 18 weeks pregnant and developed insomnia 2 months ago. Its been scary and exhausting. A midwife recommended a diffuser and I have been using serenity and and a little balance and it seems to be helping. What is the actual recipe you'd use so I don't waste oils. The diffuser works better for me then the topical application. Also, are there other oils which arent as expensive as doterra that are as effective?

    1. Hey Mariah, For some reason I am not getting these messages that people are leaving on my posts. Can you message me over at Facebook.com/passionpill

For the liquid ambien just do equal parts of each oil. I would do 6 drops of each. I have a different company I work with now for essential oils and I can help you save some money :) message me at my Facebook page!
