This sounds just like me. Unfortunately, I didn't learn what you have until I was near 40 years old. You are very wise! When I started to forgive myself and learn to accept how I was, then I was better with other people, and I am happier. Love your blog !

But watched your video and had to laugh as I was sitting down with my food journal, to do list, shopping list and budget all in different notebooks.
